PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE plan to be a few minutes early for your appointment.
Most appointments have a maximum duration of 15 minutes, and it causes a lot of stress to everyone involved to stay on schedule after being behind, and we really don't want to have to rush through anyone's service.
*** Any guest who checks in 7 minutes or later, will be considered a no show and will need to reschedule ***
6 hours notice is sufficient for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Anything less, may result in a 50% charge for your entire service. To cancel your appointment, log in to your Vagaro account or TEXT 540-920-8272. If you are scheduled for multiple services, and for any reason decide you don't need one or more of your services scheduled, please let Lindsay know as soon as possible so that appointment time can be filled.
I understand life happens, but if you are unable to make your appointment time, please notify your waxer ASAP. Being a small business owner, I have limited time slots to allow guests to receive services. If you are habitually late, you will be blocked from online booking and placed on a "WALK-IN ONLY" status. All no-show appointments will be charged 50% of your intended service's total.
One well behaved child may accompany an adult if they can sit still in the one guest chair in the studio, for the full duration of your services. Underage children who are receiving services may have one parent in the room, as long as the parent stays seated and refrains from taking any photos or videos during the service. Guests of adults are not permitted in the room, no exceptions. There is a small bench in the lobby for adult guests to rest for the duration of your appointment.
Don't forget, I will be there to talk you through all the procedures, as well as do my best to comfort and distract you! Additional guests can be extremely distracting and hazardous to the waxing environment.
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive any bikini, butt, or chest (for females) services. Any other services will require accompaniment and signed consent forms from a verified parent.
If the treatment is too intense and a guest is unable to refrain from making noises that would be loud enough to disturb the neighboring suites, the service will have to end & the guest will still be required to pay the full amount for the service.
Infants and toddlers are included in this policy and are not recommended in the spa area. Out of mutual respect for our suite neighbors & clients, it's important to be audibly respectful when they may very likely be administering relaxing services.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of the original service, and we will do our best to accommodate you to schedule a touch up. Please arrive a couple minutes before your scheduled time to allow the opportunity for us to complete a thorough wax service.
ABSOLUTELY NO live streaming, video or phone calling, photos, or videos in the wax suite.
For bikini services only, it is preferred you not reschedule, unless you are personally uncomfortable. Periods happen, and as long as you wear a clean tampon, your services will be exactly the same. It is also recommended that you try to schedule your service the week after your cycle, as we tend to be more sensitive the week before, and the same week of our periods.
